I need to quit my job. I don’t get enough hours (Next week I get 4 hours? 4? What? How is anyone supposed to survive on 4 hours of minimum wage?) and being on call the rest of the time sucks, but I can’t quit my job because it’s my only source of income. And I don’t want to apply for a new job elsewhere just yet because I need to be home for Christmas. Well I don’t need to be home, but I’d like to be home. It’s too soon for me to just up and go.
